You have played a vital role in Liam’s development, and for that I must thank you. Over time watching Liam with you, it’s easy to see that you have formed a real connection. Even though we initiated the intervention, at time we questioned what impact it was having, as Liam started of extremely reserved, and we were unsure if the process was going to work. 
As parents, you managed to provide us with a sense of comfort and did not dismiss the multiple questions we had throughout the process. That is extremely appreciated. Your feedback sessions and continuous availability to us made it easy for us.
